Mother’s Day Baltimore Style

We celebrated Mother’s Day this year by taking my wife to the Maryland Zoo to see the baby elephant and to Cafe Hon for dinner.

Blood Pressure

Two times this week I stopped at one of those automated blood pressure machines. The first one, earlier in the week, said it was pre-hypertension. Tonight’s said the top is “stage 1 hypertension” and the bottom is “stage 2 hypertension over 100″. I don’t smoke (anymore..since 12/2005) and rarely drink. I wonder if it’s perhaps [...]
